Camp Discovery Day

We invite all first time campers to join us for a Discovery Day at Camp Wagalong. This introductory day allows your dog to experience our dog day camp, while giving our team the opportunity to get to know your pup’s unique personality, preferences, and play style.
​
Discovery Day helps ensure your dog is comfortable, safe, and happy before joining us for regular day camp or overnight dog boarding. Our goal is to create the best possible camp experience so every dog can play, explore, and thrive at Camp Wagalong.

Discovery Days run from 10 AM to 4 PM, with drop-off and pick-up available anytime before or after that window, Monday through Saturday. We recommend your dog staying at camp for at least 5 hours for a Discovery Day. Afterward, you’ll get a fun “Camp Report Card” about your dog's day!

Please make sure we have up-to-date vaccine records (Rabies, DHPP, Lepto, and Bordetella) before you come. Those can be uploaded in your account or emailed to us at... office@campwagalongGA.com

Puppies can join Discovery Day at 4 months with at least 2 sets of shots + Bordetella.

Overnight Camp
Camp Wagalong offers an overnight dog boarding experience in Oconee County, GA that your dog will love. After a fun filled day at day camp, each camper heads to their own private cabin or bunk for a fresh bowl of food and a cozy PetCot to settle in for a restful night’s sleep.

Serving dogs from Athens, Watkinsville, and the Greater Athens area, our overnight camp gives dogs a safe, comfortable place to rest after a full day of play, enrichment, and outdoor adventure.
Overnight Camp Pricing
Price: $45 / night
* Overnight campers can be dropped off anytime the day of arrival from 7am-7pm Mon-Sat. Checkout is at 12pm or they can be picked up later and enjoy more camp for $25.​

Day Camp
At Camp Wagalong, day campers enjoy a full day of activities and plenty of counselor attention to keep tails wagging from drop-off to pick-up.
